Because our sea moss gel is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.
However, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Refunds

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, It’z Good Sea Moss Gel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost or misdelivered, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
